Smallest town in America with only one resident who elects herself as a mayor

There’s a town in America, more specifically, in Nebraska, named Monowi, with only one living resident inside it. Elsie Eiler, 92, elects herself in annual elections, runs a grill bar, and pays herself $500 yearly tax out of which the town manages to run street lights. She had no plans of moving and says living in the town she grew up in has become a habit that she would never change.
