Dogs are known to perform kind acts for humans even without expecting a reward.

 Dogs are man’s best friend. It is just a fact of life and I refuse to accept any other animal as our official best friend. 

What makes the label even more deserving (and that interesting) is that dogs are one of the few animals capable of selfless acts of kindness.
